Done-for-you marketing is priced by how much work we take off your plate. Our plans follow the Trades.Agency structure: three monthly tiers, month-to-month by default, with a lower price if you commit to a year. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and owners here in BC add 5% GST.

Prices in Canadian dollars. Sales tax is added based on the client's province (as of October 2026, CRA rates): 5% GST in Alberta, BC, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Yukon, NWT and Nunavut; 13% HST in Ontario; 14% HST in Nova Scotia; 15% HST in New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador and PEI; 5% GST plus 9.975% QST in Quebec. Provincial sales tax (BC, Manitoba, Saskatchewan) only where it applies to the service. See full pricing on trades.agency/pricing.
The three plans
All three plans are offered month to month, with cancellation on 30 days' notice. Annual billing lowers the monthly rate.
| Plan | Month-to-month | Billed annually | What it is for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Growth | $1,999/month | $1,499/month | The core marketing work for an established trade, run for you |
| Elite | $3,999/month | $2,999/month | Ads, search and site work together; Trades.Agency web design is 50% off |
| Enterprise | $7,999/month | $5,999/month | Your own dedicated team and priority support, with a website design and build of any package included |
The full, current details sit on the Trades.Agency pricing page. If anything there differs from this page, the proposal you receive is what counts.
Ad spend is not included in any plan. It is billed by Google straight to your own account, which keeps the money and the data in your hands.
What drives your cost
The plan you need depends on how many chores you want gone and how much ground you need to cover. Four things move the number most:
- How many services you hand over. Local search alone is a smaller job than local search plus website upkeep plus ads.
- How many districts and cities you serve. A plumber covering Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody needs more area pages and tighter ad settings than a shop with one door in Austin Heights. Our areas page explains how we decide.
- How much content the website needs. Ten service lines need ten good pages, plus regular additions.
- Whether you are starting from zero. A new company needs setup work first, which is what our launch service covers.
How to choose a plan: a worked example
Pick the plan your numbers can carry, not the one that sounds most impressive. Here is a simple test using made-up figures; swap in your own.
| Item | Example |
|---|---|
| Average job value | $900 |
| Gross margin | 45%, so $405 per job |
| Extra jobs needed to cover a $1,999 plan | about 5 per month |
| Your close rate on enquiries | 1 in 3 |
| Extra enquiries needed to break even | about 15 per month |
If 15 extra enquiries a month is realistic for your trade and area, the Growth plan can pay for itself. If it is not, start smaller, for example with only local search, and grow from there. Remember to add the value of your own hours back in; the owner-hours guide shows how.
As a rough guide:
- Growth suits an owner-operator or small crew that wants the profile, website upkeep and basic campaigns run for them.
- Elite suits a business running ads and local search together across several districts, especially one that also wants a new website at half the design price.
- Enterprise suits a larger operation that wants a dedicated team, priority support and a full website build included.
What is and is not confirmed in writing
Some details vary by account, so we put them in your proposal rather than on this page. That includes the exact monthly task list, reporting schedule, any setup work, and how ad spend is handled. If a question matters to you, such as how quickly you can pause or what happens to your accounts if you leave, ask, and the answer will be written into the proposal before you sign.
Ownership is the one thing we state everywhere: your domain, website, profile and ad accounts stay in your name.
Before you call
Have three numbers ready: your average job value, roughly how many enquiries you get now each month, and how many more jobs you could take on. With those, a first conversation can quickly tell you which plan fits, or whether you are better off waiting.
Read the frequently asked questions for more on contracts and ownership, or call, text or email us. We are a marketing service for Coquitlam businesses, not a contractor, and we do not sell or perform trade work.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a long-term contract?
No. None of the plans has a fixed term; 30 days' notice stops any of them. Annual billing is your choice and simply cuts the monthly rate.
Does the plan price include ad spend?
No. Ad spend is charged by Google directly to your card in your own account. Our fee is for the work, and both numbers are written separately in your proposal.
Do you add GST?
Yes. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and Coquitlam clients add 5% GST.
Is the first consultation free?
Yes, for eligible trades businesses there is a free 30-minute initial consultation, separate from the paid plans.
How much does a website cost on its own?
Standalone website work is quoted in your proposal. The Elite plan includes 50% off Trades.Agency website design packages, and the Enterprise plan includes a website design and build of any package.
